On October 20, 2023, Talent Work Leading Team Office of Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the CPC and Jiangxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security released the Notice about Approved 30 Units to Establish Postdoctoral Innovation Base (Gan Renshe No. [2023] 321), which approved the establishment of Minami Acoustics Postdoctoral Innovation Base. Jiangxi Principal Committee Personnel Department and Jiangxi Department of Human Resources and Social Security granted US $21,285 to the Company as the subsidy for the construction of the new base.

Minami Acoustics Limited  will take the Postdoctoral Innovation Base as an important platform for the cultivation of high-level talents and promotion of the in-depth integration of industry-university-research cooperation. The Company will make strategic arrangement of various tasks of the innovation practice base to promote the high-level research in acoustic, optical and electric products, boost the efficient transformation of technological achievement and improve the core competitiveness of the Company.

Postdoctoral Innovation Base shall refer to enterprise or scientific research and production institution that are approved to recruit and cultivate postdoctoral research fellows. Any unit approved to establish a postdoctoral innovation base will be assessed once in each three years. The unit will be incorporated into the postdoctoral work management system of the whole province, and enjoys equivalent treatment with post-doctoral research stations and scientific research workstations in terms of construction subsidies, etc.
